LARA is excited to partner with YWCA to offer the STRIVE program. STRIVE is a professional development program for individuals who are seeking to retain living-wage employment. Instructors will work with each individual to develop a plan to pursue higher education, negotiate higher salaries, or earn certifications.
The STRIVE program is for women, survivors of abuse, BIPOC, and other marginalized individuals.
The STRIVE program consists of 120 hours of classroom instruction as well as hands on trainings and individual meetings to best meet career goals.
